Good Morning everyone! Are you ready for summer to start? I have definitely enjoyed the spring weather but am ready to dive headlong into summer in a couple of weeks! Of course, as summer grows closer and we anticipate swimsuit season, the struggle to eat healthy and not splurge too often grows harder. Luckily, I have found the perfect way to still enjoy a delicious treat while keeping my servings down and eating healthy: mug cake recipes!
